I am John C. Brentzel a Computer Technician and Founder of JCB Computer Services. I have been involved with computer problem solving in some fashion for more than 35 years. I started out as a computer programmer in high school and then went on to work at places like MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Digital Equipment Corporation and Raytheon Company. I have the entrepreneurial spirit combined with the ability to see the big picture of an issue as well as the details and get things done.

I am a small business entity founded to serve the needs of Cape Ann's Computer Technical issues. I offer all sorts of design solutions for small business as well as for personal use. Whether you require Web Custom Built Desktop Machines, Computer Repair and Diagnostics and more. I am a true professional that serves the community and provides clients exactly what they are looking for while resolving their computer issues completely.
The Primary Demographics for my business are Senior Citizens and People with Disabilities. Unlike most younger people these groups have a more difficult time with computers, electronics and navigating software. The Labor charge will be Half Price for these people and the cost of Parts.
Of course, I am still going to solve issues for Small Businesses and Homes as well.
